Aiseki, a professional journal for “suiseki" (aesthetic appreciation stones), gave Ueyakato Landscape’s Heritage and Garden Artistry Division Director and Murin-an Program Director Saki Yamada the opportunity to write about the appeal of suiseki as seen from the viewpoint of those involved in Japanese gardens.
