Global magazine “Monocle”

An interview with our company President Tomoki Kato was featured in a global magazine "The Monocle Travel Guide Series 27 - Kyoto."  He touched upon our company history dating back to the Edo period and how we preserve and nurture the technique which creates Japanese traditional spatial structure as garden artisans. He also introduced a national cultural asset Murin-an which UEYAKATO takes care and operates.
