The management team at Murin-an, which Ueyakato Landscape serves as its designated manager, cooperated in AI Quest, the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry’s problem-solving AI program for human resource management.
This program is being implemented in response to the rapid development of AI technology and the current shortage of human resources.
This cooperative effort has been a tremendous learning experience for Murin-an’s management team.
In the future, we aim to apply our learning at institutions with Japanese gardens to create spaces where a broad range of guests can spend a pleasant time.
■What's AI Quest?
Parting ways with formal methods where teachers teach curricula unilaterally, AI Quest aims at using AI to achieve a problem-solving method for companies where participants test their ideas on one another and learn together in a “practical learning space” centered on case studies of the actual issues companies face.
